Other Mechanisms

  • Oracle:

The oracle brings off-chain data reflected by real world assets to the blockchain., which gives direct reference to our protocol.

  • Liquidator:

When the liquidation conditions are triggered, the liquidator will lock and auction off the collateralized assets.

  • Anchoring Index:

In NASDEX products, there are two price feeds; Swap Price and Oracle Price. Swap price is the price of the asset on NASDEX whereas oracle price is the price of the asset in the real world. When Swap Price > Oracle Price, users can attempt to arbitrage this difference by minting new nAssets and selling them. Eventually buying it back when the premium converges to complete this arbitrage.
